Stillinger
David Russell Stillinger, 69, husband of Gail McAllister Stillinger, died Friday, July 15, 2022.
David was born on June 18, 1953, in Kingstree, son of the late Vance O. Stillinger, Sr. and Dorothy Bailey Stillinger. He was a graduate of Kingstree High School and a member of the Lake City United Methodist Church. David retired after 40 years of service, as Vice President of McAllister Motors and was a classic car enthusiast.
Surviving is his wife, Gail McAllister Stillinger of Murrells Inlet; daughter, Stacey Green of Murrells Inlet; sons, Jason (Jamie) Stillinger of Cades, Shane (Toni) Stillinger of Surfside; grandchildren, Paxton Stillinger, Johnny Mac Green, Ann Paisley Stillinger, Tai Stillinger, Laurelai Stillinger, Della Stillinger; sister, Ruth Ann Poston of Coward; special nephew, David (Tammy) Stillinger; special niece, Sharon (Will) Brown; best friend, Ronnie Brown.
David was preceded in death by brothers, Vance Stillinger, Jr. and Danny Stillinger.
Graveside services will be 11:00 AM, Monday, July 18, 2022, at Lake City Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends immediately following the services.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association PO Box 96011, Washington DC 20090-6011 or Lake City Methodist Church, PO Box 818, Lake City, SC 29560.

Gail & Family, I was shocked to read of David's passing. So sorry for your loss. I always considered the Stillinger family good friends. You and David were both hard working people. May God bless you and the family at this time.
