David was survived by his sister Deborah M. Kuronya, sons Andrew B. Stout and Travis A. Stout, and two grandchildren. He was also a cherished uncle to his nieces and nephews.
He dedicated 28 years to his work for Bon-Ton, where he was known for his customer service, patience, and professionalism. He loved spending time with his neighbors. In his spare time, David enjoyed hobbies like fishing.

So sorry to be reading of Dave's passing. I worked with Dave for almost 36 years. Later went on to be his manager. He was one of the best workers, all around nice guy. Always gave everyone a helping hand. Always remember his story of pulling his own tooth. Shared alot of laughs with him.
