David B Stricker

David B. Stricker passed away on April 9, 2023 at the age of 87. Dave was a special person to all around him. He was the beloved husband of the late Sue Ellen, the devoted father of Ron (Erin) Stricker and Vicki (Steve) Quiambao, the caring grandfather of Lindsay, David, Kaitlyn, Morgan (Abbie), Stephanie and Sydney and the brother of Donald (Mary Ellen) Stricker and the late Jaqueline (Tony) Roma. He is also survived by his long time companion, Betty Jones and many nieces and nephews. There are many ways to remember Dave, whether it was his love for The Ohio State University Football Team, his respect for all veterans, frosty cold beverages or a great cigar. He was a pioneer for Mariemont High School Girls Soccer, coaching them to four state finals and volunteered for Mariemont and Fairfax communities and athletics. Dave touched all those he met. He was notorious for always trying to finish his bucket list, which he did, including sky diving at the age of 84. Dave was a fun spirited soul and a true gentleman who would light up a room. He never missed an opportunity to celebrate with his family and friends and his memory will live on just as that. Family will gather with friends at Evans Funeral Home, 741 Center Street, Milford, on Saturday, April 15 th at 10a until the time of services at 11a. Inurnment will follow at Greenlawn Cemetery.
