Thank you so much to all the hospice nurses, pharmacy drivers, and Pastor Terry Mitchell for all the help, kind words, love and compassion you showed David and I during this difficult time. You are truly an amazing group of people to make this time as gentle as possible. Thank you, Rita Madey, for keeping David supplied with your potato salad. Dwayne, Jody and Pat Shields, you were a life saver. To family and friends for your constant love, support and prayers during this time, thank you so much!!!!
