David W. Vince

David W. Vince age 43, of Canton, passed away Tuesday, July 16, 2024. He was born in Cleveland on September 17, 1980, the son of Wayne W. and Wrae (Perkins) Vince. He was a 1999 graduate of Medina High School. He had been recently been attending Stark State University in Computer forensics and previously attended Lorain County Community College where he was active with the computer club. David was employed with Shearer's food and snacks for the past 18 years, where he had held several positions including his most recent as load planner/ supervisor. David was a very fun loving guy who enjoyed making everyone have a good time and laugh, he was quite the comedian. He was a very compassionate, loving, and caring man. He enjoyed cooking but especially eating. He enjoyed sports and had been active on the Medina Lanes traveling bowling leagues, he was also an avid Cleveland Browns fan. He was a self proclaimed "King of Nerds" being very tech savvy, working on tech support and building computers along with helping family and friends with their computer needs. He and his son Kyle enjoyed being avid movie goers who enjoyed Marvel and Star wars movies, along with playing video games.
On September 2, 2006 David married his wife Deanna (Rainey) Vince (whom he had been with for the past 24 years) who survives. Also surviving are his children, Kyle Vince and Kelly Vince; his parents, Wayne W. and Wrae Vince; sister, Gina Opalka; half sister, Angela Malise; mother in- law and father in-law, Marilyn and David Rainey; sister in-law, Marsha (Bradly) Fox; uncle, Robert (Cie) Perkins; two nephews; and 5 nieces.
David was preceded in death by his grandmother, Lois Vince and aunt, Christine Strycharz.
A Memorial Service Celebrating David's Life will be held at Parkside Green Church on Saturday, August 10, 2024 at 11:00 AM with Steve Moroney officiating. Online condolences and fond memories may be left for the family at www.reedfuneralhome.com.
