David Irvin Walker

David Irvin Walker, age 36, of New Castle, DE passed away Sunday morning, June 26th, 2016 while at home. David was a high school graduate, and attended William Penn High School. He worked with his father on the family's farm. He enjoyed going to Old Country Buffet, and spending time with his children at the beach. David was known for his unique sense of humor and enjoyed pulling pranks on friends and family. You might often see him reading old car magazines. David is survived by his parents, Irvin Walker Jr. and Louise Doherty; his four children, Rebecca, David, Gabriel and Ellanore. Also, his siblings, Lloyd Walker, Louis Hughes, Angel Doherty, Cathy Anne Walker and Dawn Walker. A Funeral Service will be held Friday, July 1, 2016 at 12noon at Gebhart Funeral Home, 531 Delaware Street, New Castle, DE, where friends may visit with the family beginning at 11am.
