To Dave's family,
I worked with Dave often when he was with S&M. He was always one of my favorite people in the United system to work with. When you say loyal it made me smile because he really was. Easy going, cut to the chase kind of guy which were the best to work with in this industry. I happened to come across his name in my Rolodex today and thought about him and wondered what he was doing. Sadly I came across this. I am so sorry to read this and I just had to let you know this girl in NJ was a huge fan. My heartfelt condolences to you all....
