We are so sad to learn about Dave We have great memories of trips together. It seems like just a few years ago in 1978 riding our motorcycles out west through the Rockies Our sincere Sympathy to the entire Williams family

Dear Margaret,
My deepest sympathy for you, your children and your grandchildren whom I know he loved very much. David was one of those once in lifetime personalities only a few of us are lucky enough to meet and have in our world. As you know I first met your husband as a freshman in college and he was my "RA" Resident Assistant living down the hallway. The kid from New Jersey meeting a real life Daniel Boone from P.A. We became fast friends even though I had no interest in hunting. His passion and enthusiasm would convince anybody to try. I remember turkey hunting with him. My first and last time. David lived with passion. Passion for his family and the hobbies he pursued with a mischievous smile and good salesmanship If he was convinced it was a good idea. He was unstoppable. How else do you talk your wife into buying a backhoe! Every day that I hung around with David it was some adventure or story that would leave me amazed or with a smile. He never took things for granted and loved everything that came into his world as either a challenge or an opportunity to grow. My fondest memories are of talking with him about family. Something I knew from the beginning that was very important to him. Honoring his Father and Mother and being close to his brother and sister. He would share news on your son and daughters and how they were growing and how proud he was. Family was so important to both of us. So, it´s is with sadness that I write my note to you. I will miss my friend deeply. However, I will live with the many memories he gave during our journey in life together. He was a good man and I know so many will miss him. What I embrace is the memories he has imprinted on my mind. The man who loved his wife and children and how much he loved life and the great outdoors. His memory will live on with all those who he spent time with. I will keep you all in my prayers.
