David Keith Williams, 65, passed away May 22, 2025. He was born April 24, 1960 to parents, James Ira and Shirley (Libert) Williams. Both precede him in death along with his stepmother, Laura Sue Williams.
David loved football; his favorite team was the Washington Redskins. He played football in high school; he was #71 and his teammates called him "Barney Ru". He enjoyed all sports even if he didn't like the team. David loved his wife and kids. He especially loved his wife's Mexican food; his favorite was her chile rellenos. He also enjoyed cracking jokes with his daughter, he had some corny dad jokes, and he'd tell them any chance he got. David enjoyed dressing in bright colors; he probably had every color of the rainbow in shoes. He also loved to show off his new ringtones and listen to Country and Classic 70's rock music. Most of all he enjoyed sitting outside with his wife, watching their son play in the yard, while he listened to sports and she tanned. David also loved his fur babies, Coco and Emma. David was like a turtle, a hard shell on the outside but soft shell on the inside. He will be missed by all who came in contact with him. Go fly with the angels!
David is survived by his wife, Christine M. Williams; brother, Richard (Kazumi) Williams; sister, Pamela (Keith) Dispirito; daughter, Alexandrea Gutierrez; and grandson, Adrian Colby.
Funeral Service, 10 am, Thurs., June 12, 2025 at The Angelus Chapel.

David is a dear cousin. I have many memories of visiting him and the whole family in Virginia and their visits up in Ohio. We kept in touch in our younger years, writing letters and many phone calls. I'm so happy he found a loving wife and enjoyed family life! Family has always been so important to him. I love you David and will always miss you here on earth. I was hoping for another visit sometime. Many prayers for Christine, Ruchard, Pam and the family. Love you all!
