David H. Witthoeft, 68, of Willowbrook, IL, at rest September 8, 2024. Born June 9, 1956 in Chicago, IL to Harold and Evelyn Witthoeft. Beloved husband of Maria; loving father of Gary (Mandy), Brian (Meghan), Christopher, Adriana, Katherine and Joshua Witthoeft; devoted grandfather of Caleb, Elise, Carter, Pierce, Jocelyn, Elliott and Beckett; dearest brother of Steven (Diane), Hal (Tanzie), Craig, Mark and the late Judy (Ed) Schultz; fond uncle of nieces and nephews. Dave owned and operated Burrito Paradise in Darien. He enjoyed watching sports, being with his family and friends and going to church. Dave also was fond of visiting the beach, playing the slots and lottery and going to see live bands. Visitation Thursday September 12, 2024 from 3-9 P.M. at Cappetta's West Suburban Funeral Home & Cremation Services 39 N. Cass Ave., Westmont. Family and friends will meet at 10 A.M.
