David W. Wojtasik SR. died on May 4, 2023. He worked as a grain mills worker. Preceding him in death were his father, Walter Wojtasik, his mother, Florence P. Wojtasik, and his brother, Darcy Wojtasik. He is survived by his wife, Debra Wojtasik, his sons Eugene Wojtasik, David W. Wojtasik Jr., Denis Wojtasik, and Domanik Wojtasik, his daughters-in-law Elizabeth and Kelly, his son-in-law Dean Wojtasik, his grandchildren Ariana Wojtasik, Silas Wojtasik, Kazimierz Wojtasik, and Vera Wojtasik, his sister Carleen Kurzdorfer, and his brother John Wojtasik.
