David Woods Obituary
David Benton Woods, age 73 of the Beech Grove Community in Trousdale County, TN passed away Wednesday morning, December 4, 2024 at Knollwood Manor in Lafayette, TN. David is in the care of Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Lafayette.
Funeral Services for David Benton Woods will be conducted Friday morning, December 6, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. from the chapel of Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Lafayette with Elder Jeff Blackwell officiating. Interment will follow in the Purtle Cemetery.
Visitation will begin Thursday from 3 p.m. until 7 p.m. and again on Friday morning from 9 a.m. until his service at 11:00 a.m.
Family request memorials be made to St. Jude’s’s Children’s Hospital. You may make these memorials by calling or coming by the funeral home.
He was preceded in death by, Parents, Benton & Hilda Dallas Woods.
Survivors include: Wife, Kathy Dunaway Woods, Daughters, Leslie (Morgan) Locke all of the Beech Grove Community, Laura (Timothy) Hackett of Lafayette, 5 Grandchildren, Ashley Hackett, Dillon Hackett, Emma Locke, Bryant Locke, Brody Locke, Mother-in-law, Nadine Dunaway, Brothers-in-law, David Dunaway, both of the Cold Springs Community, Dan (Candice) Dunaway of Springville, Utah, Uncle & Aunt, Hollis (Betty) Dallas of Goodlettsville.
