He is survived by one daughter: Karen (Mat Thompson) Middleton and one son: Nathan (Sarah) Taylor; one sister: Carla Wash; four grandchildren; Austin Perkins, Zachary Perkins, Carter Taylor and Savannea Taylor; two great grandchildren; Audynn Stoneking and Ashlynn Cooper and a few extended family members and close friends.
He is preceded in death by his sister Terri Turner.
A memorial service will be held Saturday August 30th, 2025 from 2-4 at 1274 Paradise Camp Road Harrodsburg KY, 40330. Parking will be available across the street from the address listed as well.
