Mr. Davon Jaquan Banks

We at DART Center are saddened by the news of the passing of Mr. Banks. He was truly loved by us all and he left a lasting memory here at the facility. As we sit around to share stories about him and his funny jokes, smart remarks and witty personality, we shed tears thinking about the loss of such a young and loving individual. We send our love, thoughts and prayers to his family and friends. We are forever grateful to have been graced with his presence.
