Dawn Michele Phillips, 39, of Bloomingdale, OH passed away on September 22, 2025 at home. She was born on February 2, 1986 to the late Charles William Jr. and Cynthia Elizabeth (Maddox) Heisler.
Dawn was a self employed Jewelry Consultant for most of her life. She is survived by her husband of 6 years George Marshall Phillips IV, six children Rachael Heisler of Virginia, Danielle Marie Heisler, Dylan Phillips of Florida, Vada Parker of VA, twins Tristan and Kristen of Alabama, one sister Jennifer (James) Elizabeth Wallbank of Virginia. Friends will be received at the Schuetz Funeral Home 235 Clifton Ave Mingo Jct., on Saturday October 11, 2025 from 11- 3 pm
