Frequently think of Dawn and her beautiful spirit.

Dawn lived across the street from us, when we first moved to Toronto and invited me to a crafting party at her house that very same evening. Being the force of nature she was, she wouldn´t take no for an answer and so began a great friendship. Having a great connection with everyone she met, she became a babysitter for Henry and Yara and they would have the best of times spending fun afternoons with her and Isobel. When she started her own business we hired her on the spot because we knew she was hardworking but also because we wanted to catch up with her over lunch on a weekly basis. When her house lost power due to an ice-storm Dawn brougyt her parents and half-cooked turkey over to finish it in our oven. This proved that she would let nothing stop her and just laughed into the face of adversity, which was something I truly admired about her. Dawn will be missed and remembered fondly by all of us and our hearts go out to her family and friends. We are so sorry that the world has lost one of the "good" ones.
