Dawn Rodgers Obituary
Born July 14,1960 in Braidwood Ill. to Elaine (Adams) and Darrell Gene Rodgers, Dawn was a truly beautiful person with a selfless, caring heart for everyone she knew.
Survived by her loving husband, Kenneth Merfeld, her son and light of her life, Cory Merfeld, sisters Sue Pulaski, Myrna Luce, (both of Lockport Ill. ),
Cindy Higginbotham,( Noblesville, Ind.), brother Jim Rodgers, (Braidwood Ill.), nieces, nephew, and her cherished best friend Valerie Wilson.
She was preceded in death by her parents Darrell and Elaine Rodgers,
beloved sister Marilyn Lerfald, niece Melissa Lerfald and nephew Colt Rodgers.
She will be forever loved and missed by her family and friends.
According to her wishes cremation has taken place and a celebration of life is planned for a later date.
