On Sunday, July 28, 2024, beloved and precious twin baby boys, Dawson Keith & Landon Edward, of parents Derrick and Lindsey (Monroe) Symonds and big sister Kendall of Lebanon, were born peacefully sleeping and gained their angel wings at home and at Oneida Health Hospital. Some only dream of angels, but we held two in our arms. We'll now hold you both in our hearts each and every day until we can hold you again in heaven.
In addition to their parents and big sister, the twins will be mourned on Earth by Grandparents Stanley Symonds of Sherburne, Cathy Symonds of Lebanon, William (Diane) of Sherburne and Judy (Joseph) Dushko of Sherburne; Great Grandmothers Ada Symonds of Preston, Judy Burgess of Florida and Bettylou Bates of Norwich; Aunts & Uncles Matthew (Rachel) Symonds of Deansboro, Andrew Symonds of Hamilton and Carrie Hitt of Earlville; cousins Evelyn & Kevin Symonds and Michael & Nicholas Hitt, along with many other loving aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family. They were greeted in heaven by cousin Timothy Symonds and Great Grandparents Keith Symonds, Sidney Burgess, Leslie & Ila Monroe and Dennis Bates.
Derrick & Lindsey would like to sincerely thank the Georgetown Fire Department/EMS, Madison County EMS-Hamilton and the staff at Oneida Health Hospital for their quick response and exceptional care and support.
Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Contributions in their memory may be made to the Georgetown Fire Department, Madison County EMS-Hamilton or to a charity of your choosing.
