Dayna Veghts Obituary
Dayna A. Veghts, 65, of Connellsville, died Thursday, March 31, 2022, at her home. She was born Aug. 22, 1956, in Connellsville, a daughter of the late Charles, Jr. and Helen A. Brothers Veghts. Dayna was a graduate of Connellsville High School. She was employed as an x-ray technician at St. Clair Hospital in Pittsburgh. She was a member of the Connellsville Historical Society and a member of the Otterbein United Methodist Church. She is survived by one brother, Gary Veghts and his wife Barb of Oakland, Mich.; two sisters, Marla Eliou and her husband Steve of Myrtle Beach, S.C. and Jana Kyle and her husband Kirk of Merrittstown, Pa., and her nieces and nephews, Holly, Brian, Jennifer, Christina and Jelena. As per the wishes of Dayna, there will be no public viewing or services. Interment will be private in the Mt. Olive Cemetery.
