Mr. De'Mon M. Galvin, Beloved Son, Grandson, Father, Brother, Nephew, Cousin, and Friend, passed away on Sunday, December 1, 2024, in Saginaw, Michigan. Age 24 years. He was born to Sharita Galvin on January 26, 2000, in Saginaw, Michigan.
De'Mon, a resident of Saginaw, attended Saginaw Public Schools and was a graduate of Saginaw High School, Class of 2018. He was employed at McDonald's Restaurant on Michigan Avenue. De'Mon loved spending time with his family and was very supportive of them. He enjoyed basketball; his favorite NBA player is LeBron James. He also liked music and was a "rapper" whose biggest fans were his "little" cousins. De'Mon enjoyed children as he was a big kid at heart.
He leaves to cherish loving memories one son, Kaizer Galvin; his mother, Sharita Galvin, grandparents, Lonnie Tyler and Barbara Galvin; one sister, Shaniah Galvin; aunts, DeShunda Galvin, Saginaw, Shakia "KeeKee," Saginaw, Shamika, Atlanta, Shavon, Flint, Lena (Danny) Monroe, Diane Galvin, Louise Oliver, Rose Oliver, Zada Bailey, Linda Tyler, and Alice Tyler; uncles, Aaron (Rhonda) Galvin, Cornelius Galvin, Gionte Galvin, Donshae Wesby, Ateaunes Benson, Chris Tyler, Larry Galvin, and Michael Galvin; one niece, Promise Galvin; two nephews, Quintravius Galvin Jr., and Tayshon Galvin. De'Mon also leaves cousins who were like brothers, Michael Galvin Jr, Devell Hooper, Brandon Galvin, Q'Dale Woods, Love-Vell Hooper, Aaron Galvin Jr, Gregory Powell, Kentella Harris, and Cameron Culberson; many other relatives and friends; special cousins, Taylor Cousin, and CoryL Smith; and special mother figure, Sharia Woods.
De'Mon was preceded in death by his brother, Quintravius Galvin, and cousins, Angela "Toyee," and Davarion Galvin.
The family would like to express special thanks to Michael Galvin Jr, Devell Hooper, and others who shared condolences during our bereavement.
