Dean Leroy Eich

Dean Leroy Eich, age 59, passed away on Tuesday, March 10, 2026. He was born at Fort Eustis, Virginia, on September 16, 1966, to William Louis Eich and Brigette Piplack Eich. Dean graduated from Lafayette High School in 1983. Following graduation, he entered the United States Air Force.

He was married to his wife, Charlene, for 41 years. Dean had a long career of 26 years with Dominion Resources. During his time on earth, he loved fishing, hunting, golfing, cooking, and anything to do with Mopar cars. He was preceded in death by both of his parents and his brother, Frank.

In addition to his wife, Charlene, he is survived by his two children, Christopher and Virginia; his four grandchildren, Lillian, Lucas, Declan, and Tyrion; his brothers, Lyle (Denise) and Wayne (Maria); and his sister, Mary (Bobby), along with several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 6 pm to 8 pm, Monday, March 16, 2026, at Vincent Funeral Home, 9923 Pocahontas Trail, Providence Forge, VA 23140.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project or another veterans' nonprofit organization.
