I came to know Dean while I worked for Boone County Council on Aging. He was such a joy to work with and was a tremendous help in providing services to our seniors. My heart goes out to Charlotte and the rest of his family. Dean was blessing to our community.

Such a wonderful friend.
He would, absolutely, give anyone, in need, a helping hand.
My husband, Norm, became so close to Dean as soon as they met. As I did with Charlotte. That was in 2003.
Dean and Norm would talk everyday, go to lunch together, and "solve " all the world's problems...
Norm is gone now, also. So, I'm sure he and Dean are still "solving " things together.
He will be so missed My heart goes out to Charlotte and his beautiful family.
I will love and cherish Dean in my heart forever.
