Dean Shelton Obituary
Dean was also proceeded in death by his wife of 42 years Ruthie Boseley Shelton who passed just six months ago.
Dean is survived by a cousin Ann Fletcher of North Carolina, Mark and Candy Rinnert of Palmetto Florida.
Dean graduated from Harding high school in 1953 and spent three years in the army with an honorable discharge. Worked at the Marion power shovel, and also with his wife Ruthie at the Jersey dairy bar in Marion, Ohio. Dean and Ruthie sang in the church choir for many years. They took many cruises and enjoyed traveling and loved their Pomeranian puppies.
A graveside services will be held on Monday, December 15th, at 2:00pm, at Sarasota National Cemetery, 9810 State Road 72 (Clark Road), Sarasota, FL 34241.
Memorial Contributions can be made in Dean's honor to the Tidewell Hospice, 3550 S Tamiami Trail, Sarasota, FL 34239.
