De was my best friend/sister since 2010 What can I say about her that anyone doesn't already know about her? Fe and I would talk on the phone for hours and when we didn't know what else to say we would just sit there hearing each other breathe When she and I went somewhere she would introduce me as her brother and I referred to her as my sister we have so many great memories together both very funny and a couple of bad memories but mostly great memories When she called me to let me know that she had cancer she started apologizing for ruining my birthday because the day after was my birthday I told her that she did not ruin my birthday since my dad died a week earlier and my dads funeral was the day after my birthday I went to Joliet for 2 weeks the following Monday to take her to her appointments and I was very happy that I did I still talked to De every night until Tuesday, September 13th and I went back to Joliet to be with her before she thinking that I would have a few more days to spend with her but God needed her more than passed who knew that she would pass the next morning I planned on being there till September 30th I promised Ron in front of De that can I walk you out in De's honor when she heard me ask Ron this her face lit up like she was very happy that I was going to do that for her I checked out of my hotel at 11 check out time I had time to kill so I stopped at the cemetary to see De one more time then went to see Judy till it was time for me to meet with Ron I lost tract of time and I called Ron to let him know that I was on my way I got his voicemail and he called me right back so now I feel like I let De and Ron Down may you rest in peace De I miss you like crazy and miss talking to you every night I'm sorry De for letting you down I look forward to seeing you when it is my time until then sweetheart I'll be here missing each day I love you Rob P
