Deandre Zakary Barnaba

Deandre Zakary Barnaba, 20, of Wheeling, WV, passed away Tuesday, October 24, 2023.
He was born October 29, 2002. Only son of Thomas and Susan Barnaba.
In his youth Deandre was a member of the Boy Scouts and 4-H. He was on the WASA Soccer team for many years and was on the WPHS Soccer and Hockey teams.
Deandre was a kind and caring soul with a heart of gold, always putting others before himself. Even through all of De's struggles he never once lost that heart! But now let's celebrate the person he was and the life that he got to live with that amazing smile that lit up an entire room.
Deandre enjoyed snowboarding, bicycle riding, camping, playing cards, magic tricks, Oglebay Nature programs and camps.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his sisters; Candiss Barnaba, Tabatha Barnaba and Valyri Barnaba. Paternal grandfather; Thomas "Pop-Pops" & Elizabeth Barnaba. Aunts; Terry Ann Jones and Sherry Arduini Herrel. Cousins; Kaylee and Skylee Jones, Tristan and Corey Arduini Herrel.
Deandre is also survived by his biological grandmother, Juanita Allen and half siblings; Anthony, Shawn, Emma and Nita Allen.
Friends and family will be received Tuesday, November 7, 2023. The viewing is from 9 AM until the time of a service at 1 PM. Rev. John Ballance is officiating at Kepner Funeral Home, 166 Kruger St., Wheeling, WV 26003 (304-242-2311).
