I was extremely saddened to hear of Dean´s passing. I am a former Superintendent for Newport News Juvenile Services and during my tenure he was a valued supervisor serving in several areas throughout his career. And he strived to advance during his career. My sincere condolences and prayers go to his wife, children, and entire family.

Saddened to hear of Mr. Collin's passing. I had the privilege of working with him during my career at Newport News Juvenile Detention. I always appreciated his leadership and encouragement! My thoughts and prayers are with his family for comfort and peace!
