DEANNA MARIE BAKER

Deanna Marie Harden Baker, age 49, of Donalsonville, GA, passed away on Thursday, May 2, 2024, at her residence.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, May 7, 2024, at the chapel of Evans-Skipper Funeral Home. No public visitation is being planned.

Mrs. Baker was born in Miami, FL on December 28, 1974, to Royce Harden and Tammy Evans Harden.  After graduating from high school, she attended nursing school and became a LPN.  She was a homemaker and a member of the Baptist faith. Mrs. Baker was a selfless person, always putting others first, and she was excited about the new business she was starting making homemade soaps and candles.  Deanna was a terrific mother and grandmother.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband, Steven Baker of Donalsonville, GA; her father, Royce Harden, of Visalia, GA; her children, Kayla Whitley and Chris of Bainbridge, GA, Brandon Tedder and Colleen of Donalsonville, GA Cain Tedder and Cassidy of Brinson, GA, and Gracie Baker of Donalsonville, GA; and her grandchildren, Madison and McKenna Whitley, Laila Whitley, Waylon Whitley, Willin Whitley, and Letty Whitley.  Also surviving are her brother, Wayne Harden and Sandra, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Baker was preceded in death by her mother, Tammy Terrell; her sister, Sabrena Tedder; her brother, Joey Harden; her son, Corey Tedder; as well as her nephew, Dylan Harden.
