Debbie Shipley, 71, departed this life on November 4, 2025, in her hometown of Louisville, Kentucky. Born on July 29, 1954, Debbie will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

She is survived by her loving sister, Vickie Workman (Jay); her brother, Mark B. Branham; and her two sons, Ronald Michael Shipley (April Crick) and Donald Ray Shipley (Katherine). Debbie was a proud grandmother, leaving behind a legacy of love through her grandchildren: Austin, Skyler, and Peyton Shipley, Daniel and Nicole Belcher. She also leaves many nieces and nephews who will carry her memory forward.

Preceding Debbie in death were her devoted husband, Ronnie Shipley, and her beloved parents, Kenny and Margaret Branham.

A visitation to celebrate Debbie's life will be held on November 12, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, East Louisville, located at 235 Juneau Dr, Louisville, KY 40243. Friends and family are invited to gather together in remembrance. Her funeral service will take place the following day, November 13, 2025, beginning at 2:00 PM, also at the same location, with burial to follow at Jeffersontown Cemetery. 

Debbie Shipley’s legacy of warmth, joy, and enduring love will forever remain in the hearts of those she touched.
