She was a member of Newburg Church of Christ, and a U.S. Army Veteran.
Deborah was preceded in death by her siblings, Junie Carr, Doris Jean Carr, John Carr and Charles Carr.
She is survived by her siblings, Richard Carr (Sallie), Carolyn Latham, Peggy Beckley, Lawrence Ray Carr (Verna), and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation: 5pm-7pm Tuesday, May 6, 2025 at Newburg Church of Christ, 4700 E. Indian Trail. Funeral Service: 10am Wednesday, May 7, 2025 at the church. Burial: KY Veterans Cemetery.
