Deborah Futch Baggett

Deborah Louise Futch Baggett, 71, of Coolidge, GA, passed away on Tuesday, July 16, 2024 at Archbold Medical Center. Funeral Services will be held at Whiddon Shiver Funeral Home on Saturday - July 20, 2024 at 10:00 am with Rev. Tim VanLandingham officiating. Visitation will be held on Friday - July 19th from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm in the funeral home chapel. She will be laid to rest at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Deborah was born on May 13, 1953 in Cordele, GA to the late George Thurman Futch, Sr and Tibbie Gordon Futch. She married Kenneth Leland Baggett, Sr. on April 15, 1972, who survives in Coolidge, GA. She worked as the Harvey's Grocery Store Office Manager for many years and was a member of Pineland Baptist Church. In addition to her husband, survivors include; her children, Brandy Baggett (Alfonzo Spencer) of Thomasville, Kenneth "Lee" Baggett (Taylor) of Pavo, GA,, Bradley Baggett (Kristie) of Cairo, GA, sister, Beverly Johnson of Pitts, GA, in-laws, Jeanne Baggett of Thomasville, Randall Baggett (Donna) of Meter, GA, and Judy Cordelle (Mark) of Athens, GA, grandchildren, Kenneth Baggett, III, Caleb Baggett, Alfonzo Spencer, Jr., Alfonza Spencer, Ruchard Tillman, Ja'Mia Keaton, Emily Baggett, Everly Baggett, Kelsey Tuggle, Christopher Hurst, and Kaylee Hurst, 7 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces & nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother George Futch, Jr., and brother-in-law, Russell Baggett.
