Deborah Jean Devine

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Deborah (Debi) Jean Devine- lost this past Saturday, January 14, 2023, at age 69, in Fowlerville, Michigan. Debi was born June 24, 1953, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, to her parents William and Gladys Horton. There, she lived with her brothers Donnie and Dale, all of whom she will be lovingly reunited with in death. After moving to Michigan, Debi found the love of her life and husband, Kerry (Pat) Devine, where they spent an incredible 47 years together. Debi is survived by those she loved and supported unconditionally, including her children Keri and John Kinnunen, Kayla and David Martinez, William (Billy) Devine, and John and Andi McFadden, as well as her grandchildren Megan, Matthew, Brody, Tyler, Cici, Leah, Lilah, Kerissah, Teagan, Presley, Tayden, and Malcolm, and her brother Robert (Bob) and Ilona Horton. Hardly a day ever passed when Debi's beautiful family didn't feel her support in one way or another; she was always everyone's biggest fan. Even her hobbies embodied who Debi was as an encouraging soul, from cheering on the Spartans and the Detroit Tigers to spending time with her family and precious grandkids. She also spent much time as a cake decorator and, of course, on Facebook. Her energy will be missed dearly by those touched by her love. In place of flowers, donations can be made to the Devine family to help with funeral and medical expenses. A gathering of friends and family will be held on Thursday, January 19th from 10:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.
