Deborah Denise Elder

Deborah Denise Elder, 71, of Memphis, passed away Saturday November 15, 2025 at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Memphis. Debbie loved making jewelry, growing plants and flowers of all kinds. She loved her little dachshund Rango and furry nephew Rory. She enjoyed meeting people and helping her friends. She never gave up and would make a plan to bounce back from adversity. Dolly Parton and Bob Seger were her favorite musicians. She read when her eyesight allowed it, finishing a book and then passing it on. Her greatest love was her son Andrew. No greater love was shown between the two of them. They went to the zoo, festivals; and WWE events with her favorite being Roman Reigns. Debbie fought a good fight against cancer and lived an inspirational life although too short. Debbie was preceded in death by her parents, William Earl Elder and Cora Lee Bishop Elder and one sister, Katrina Elder. She is survived by her son, Andrew Elder and her brother, William Harold Elder. There are no services planned at this time.
