Deborah Patricia Farrar, born on June 14, 1974, sadly passed away on December 2, 2025. A loving mother to her only child, Leannza Farrar, Deborah was known for her unwavering commitment to her family, always ensuring that their needs were met with love and care. Her greatest joy came from her two grandchildren, Aamir Price and Giana Alston who brought immense happiness into her life.
Throughout her years, Deborah was not only a loving mom to her only child Leannza, born on Mother's Day in 1993, one month prior to her own birthday. She was also a cherished daughter and sister and an amazing friend to many. She leaves behind her beloved mother, Hanh Cong Smyth, her step-father Chuck Smyth, and her only sister, Sandy Farrar, as well as her niece Francesca Farrar, and nepews Randall and Derrick. Deborah's loyalty extended beyond family; she shared a deep bond with her longtime boyfriend and best friend, Jason Lomberg, who stood by her side through thick and thin. She is preceded in death by her father, Charles Farrar, America's Finest Police Officer, who also served proudly in Vietnam and will be fondly remembered by all whose lives she touched.
Deborah had a genuine heart and was always willing to offer a helping hand to those in need. She was also a talented voice impersonator and spoke multiple languages, showcasing her vibrant personality and creativity. She was an excellent cook.
Deborah's furry companion, her cat George, will miss her dearly. Although Deborah has departed from this world, her spirit and kindness will continue to resonate in the hearts of all who knew her.
Family and friends are invited to pay their respects during the Viewing on December 13, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 3:30 PM at The Donohue Funeral Home, 8401 West Chester Pike, Upper Darby, PA 19082. The funeral service will immediately follow, beginning at 3:30 PM.
