I am so sorry for the family's loss. Debbie and her sisters were my sorority sisters at SFA. She was a wonderful person who had a marvelous sense of humor. May God comfort those she loved.

Mark-I was so sad when I learned about Debbie´s passing. I pray that you & your son will find comfort in your precious memories. Debbie & I were Sigma Kappa sisters & I can´t think about my years at SFA or my sorority days without remembering her. We had so many fun times & shared so many laughs! What a joyful laugh she had! I do wish we could have kept in touch & I could have known the woman she became. I have a feeling we would´ve still enjoyed our friendship! God bless.

Possessed of a great laugh and an even greater heart, I am blessed to call Debbie - and Mark - friends. I came to know her over the past two decades through church and Sunday School and discovered we likely crossed paths over fifty years earlier at Thomas Jefferson H.S. It is hard to say 'Debbie' without saying '...and Mark' or 'Mark and...' - they are two great individuals who proved that 1+1 _is_not_=but > 2. Her presence will be missed, but her spirit is still with us -just a bit ahead, if we are so blessed. Peace and grace, Mark & Cade.

We were fortunate to meet Mark and Debbie through our friendship with their son, Cade. However, our mutual love for our furry family members created a bond of friendship between us that was very special! Mark and Debbie were incredibly open, honest and loving...individually and as a couple. We were blessed to have had the opportunity to know them through their son and their `babies´. May God bless and keep Mark and Cade and Hornsby and Shady through this loss and transition in their love and life.

Debbie Gober was my kind and loving friend for more than 30 years. We laughed, shopped, drank martinis and listened to each others stories for hours. She was fiercely loyal and fun to the core. Debbie will be missed and remembered fondly by all who knew and loved her - I'm at the top of that list.

Mark, I am not sure that you remember me since we only met once. I was a Sigma Kappa with Debbie at SFA and she was in my wedding. Jim and I are so sorry to hear of your loss. I wish I had kept in better touch with her but we had recently connected on Facebook. I have a prior commitment on Saturday but Jim is going to try and come to the Memorial. I have passed this link on to other SFA Sigmas that I am friends with on Facebook. Again we are so sorry for your loss, she was a wonderful and fun person and I know she will be missed.
