Deborah Green Obituary
Obituary published on Legacy.com by Klein Funeral Home - Tomball on May 5, 2025.
Deborah Ann Green, went home to be with the Lord on April 28, 2025. She was born on May 28, 1969, in Riverside, California. Her and her family moved to The Woodlands, Texas where she was raised.
On February 25, 1995, she married the love of her life, James Green. Together, they built a beautiful life centered on faith, family, and love. Deborah was the devoted and proud mother of Brittany and husband Tyler Nelson, Cameron, and Carter Green. She was overjoyed to welcome her grandson, Kason Green, who brought even more love and joy into her life.
Deborah and James answered the call to ministry, serving side by side as the lead Pastors of Champion Life Church. Deborah was a beautiful reflection of the love of Christ - full of grace, wisdom, and a servant's heart. She faithfully supported her church and touched countless lives through her encouragement, prayers, and genuine care for others. Her joy, compassion, and steadfast faith have left a lasting imprint on all of our hearts.
Deborah's hobbies beautifully expressed the joy and light she carried within - she loved shopping, playing games, listening to 80s music, watching movies, collecting keepsakes (mugs, jewelry, and much more), countless trips to the beach, and hosting friends and family. Her love language was gift-giving, and she had an extraordinary gift for making people feel celebrated and cherished.
She was welcomed home in heaven by her beloved parents, William and Barbara Farris, and her brother, Michael Farris. Left to carry on her legacy are her sister, Sherrie Farris; niece, Danielle and husband Jesse Matovina, nephew, Kyle and wife Sarah Farris; and her precious great-nieces, Julia and Amelia Matovina and Eleanor Farris. In addition to her immediate family, she leaves behind many loving relatives, friends and church family whose lives were touched by her presence.
As we celebrate her life today, may we honor her memory by living with the same love, faith, and compassion she showed to others.
