Deborah Lynn "Debbie" Hedgepeth 58, of Lincoln University, died on October 10, 2025 at Chester County Hospital.

She was born in Darby, PA to the late John W. and Constance "Connie" Futchko Hedgepeth and lived in Ridley Township before moving to Lincoln University in 2016.

Debbie was Operations Manager for the Delaware County COSA Department for 22 years.

She was a selfless person who loved doing things for everybody else. Debbie attended Academy Park High School, loved all animals, visiting Lancaster, antiquing and parties for her cherished grandchildren.

Debbie is survived by William J. Oakley, her husband of 27 years, her children Lisa M. Pinto, Nicholas M. Pinto and Vincent M. Pinto; siblings John Hedgepeth (Ruby), Carol DiMenna (Joseph), William Hedgepeth (Annmarie), Joseph Hedgepeth, Robert Hedgepeth (Maryanne), Edward Hedgepeth (Giselle) and Cindy Lou Hankins and her grandchildren, Arionna Williams, Gian Robinson, Kaiden Pinto and Kole Pinto.

Funeral Mass 11:00AM Thursday, October 16, 2025 at The Church of St. Madeline, 400 Morton Ave., Ridley Park, PA where relatives and friends may call 9:45 until 10:45AM. Burial private.

Memorial gifts may be made to the Providence Animal Shelter, 555 Sandy Bank Road, Media, PA 19063 or the American Cancer Society @ donate.cancer.org.
