Deborah Hill was born on March 11, 1957 in Parsons, Tennessee, the daughter of the late Robert Elmer and Maybell Oliver Melton.

Deborah worked as a certifed nursing assistant prior to her retirement. She worked at Tri County Convalescent Home in Adamsville, Tennessee, Hardin Medical Center Nursing Home in Savannah, Tennessee, and Decatur County Nursing Home. Deborah also spent time working in home health. She was a genuine caregiver to her patients as well as her family. She truly was of the Christian faith and had a servant's heart. She always put taking care of others above herself. Deborah enjoyed going out to eat and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Deborah Hill departed this life on March 3, 2024 in McNairy County, Tennessee at the age of 66 years, 11 months, and 21 days.

She is survived by her son, Tommy Day (Danyele Claypool) of Saltillo, Tennessee; daughters, Stephanie Price of Michie, Tennessee and Crystal Carroll of Saltillo, Tennessee; sister, Carole South (Joe) of Michie, Tennessee; grandchildren, Tara Price, Ricky Price, Dylan Price, Kimberly Lambert, John Price, Kelsey Carroll, and Tyler Warman; and great grandchildren, Austin, Bentley, J.C., Cullen, Anna, Josie, and Aiden.

In addition to her parents, Deborah was preceded in death by her son, James Hill; sister, Mary Banks; and brothers, Robert Melton and Kenneth Melton.
