Deborah Anne Krell, 68, of Spartanburg, passed away on Saturday, February 8, 2025, at her home. Debbie was born on July 12, 1956, in Rapid City, SD, a daughter of the late Luella Walsh LeSage and Elmer Burgan LeSage. She was married to the late Clisby Harrell Krell, Jr.
Debbie received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Ohio State University and was a retired registered nurse. She was also a longtime Mary Kay Cosmetics consultant.
She was an active member of the STAR (Sacred Traditions and Rituals) group. Debbie was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star – Tallulah Chapter #16 and participated in numerous charitable events and charities. She was formerly active in the Girl Scouts of America.
Debbie is survived by her children, Emily Elizabeth Krell, Natalie Anne Krell, and Michael Eric Krell; her sister, Nancy Ann LeSage Snyder (Larry); a niece, Kimberly Manno; a nephew, Michael D. Snyder; and two granddogs, Solstice and Bean. She was predeceased by a sister, Betty Lee Meinhart.
A memorial service to honor and celebrate Debbie’s life will be held 3:00 p.m. Saturday, February 15, 2025, at Floyd’s Greenlawn Chapel, 2075 East Main Street, Spartanburg, SC 29307, conducted by the Rev. Sue Perrin. The family will receive friends following the memorial service.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Debbie’s memory to The Breast Cancer Research Foundation, 28 West 44th Street, Suite 609, New York, NY 10036.
