Deborah "Debbie" Burmaster McWhorter

Deborah "Debbie" McWhorter, 50, a loving devoted wife and mother, passed away Wednesday, May 10, 2011. Service: A private service will be held at a later time for family. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Laurel Land Funeral Home. Debbie was an outstanding mother and loving wife. She was outgoing and extremely selfless and was always there to take care of everyone who was in her life. She was very strong and very brave, and you could count on her for anything. She loved animals, and she leaves behind her precious baby, Sparkey. She was preceded in death by her parents, Delbert and Macel Burmaster; daughter, Dawn Marie McWhorter; and biological parents, Glen and Jackie. Survivors: Her loving husband of 28 years, Wayne McWhorter; and son, Justin McWhorter.
