Deborah Nell [Kelly] Biggers 69, passed away on October 16, 2021. She was born in Lindsay, Oklahoma to O.Z. Kelly and Oma Ruth Benett Kelly on February 1, 1952. Deborah grew up with four siblings: Felix, Marcia, Wendell, and Beth. She attended various schools including Arnold View, Hughes, Wayne, and Purcell. Deborah had the honor of being valedictorian at Purcell High School. She attended
college at the University of Oklahoma.
She was married to the love of her life Tommy A. Biggers on January 14, 1984, in Noble, Oklahoma. Deborah worked for a variety of different companies including Citi
Corporation, CIT, Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and MassMutual Oklahoma. She kept herself busy with gardening and anything involving flowers. She loved
helping others with their gardens. In later years she became a master gardener where she met many of her friends
during her training. Upon retirement Deb and Tom enjoyed traveling and spending long mornings and evenings
together. They both felt their marriage to each other was blessed.
Deborah was a member of Unity Missionary Baptist Church and supported the Oklahoma Baptist Children's Home.
She is preceded in death by her parents O.Z. Kelly and Ruth Kelly and a sister, Marcia Woods. Deborah is survived by her son Gregory S. Biggers; granddaughter Zoey R. Biggers; siblings Felix (Jo) Kelly, Wendell (Ramona) Kelly and Beth Kelly; brother-in-law Larry Woods; and many beloved
nieces, nephews, and dear friends.

We are heartbroken by Deb´s passing. She was a gift of sunshine and happiness to all who knew her. A master gardener who made our world beautiful both with her skills and with her smiles. Thank you Deb for being you. You will always be in our hearts until we all meet again.
