She graduated from Punxsutawney Area High School. She loved all animals and never turned away a cat. Debbie enjoyed crocheting and playing on the computer. She was loved by many friends and family, she will be greatly missed.
In addition to her parents, Debbie is preceded in death by her brother, Ronnie Barnoff. She is survived by her husband, Edward Pierce, children, Shawna Saxton, Glenn Virden, Fred Virden, Gregory Virden, and Nola Campbell, several grandchildren, her siblings, Gary Barnoff, Paul Barnoff, Dale Barnoff, Charlotte Detwiler, Donna Repine, and Lori Harris, her brother and sisters-in-law, Bonnie Fisher (John), Cathy Pierce, and David Pierce (Emily). Many nieces and nephews also survive.
