Debbie was a faithful member of New Rivers Assembly of God Church, Maryville, IL. She was the Patient Service Specialist at the SSM Health Physical Therapy Office in Maryville, IL. She enjoyed fishing, kayaking, reading, photography and sewing. She loved her Lord and Savior, her family and her many friends.
She is survived by her husband, James "Jim" Settle of Troy, IL; her children, Thomas Settle of Troy, IL and Nicholas (Bree) Settle of Carlyle, IL; grandson, James Settle; her parents, Richard "Dick" and Karen (nee Barker) Foster of St. Clair, MO; a sister, Christy (Vince) Askins of Fenton, MO; her brother, Richard "Rich" (Eryn) Foster of Olathe, KS; nieces, nephews, cousins and many dear friends.

Visitation for Debbie will be from 11 am to 12 noon on Saturday, November 22, 2025, at New Rivers Assembly of God Church, 2620 N. Center St., Maryville, IL.
Celebration of Life for Debbie will be held at 12 noon on Saturday, November 22, 2025, at New Rivers Assembly of God Church, Maryville, IL with Rev. Kevin L. Wilson Jr. Officiating.
