Deborah Wood "Debbie" Spray

Rockville – Deborah "Debbie" Wood Spray, 61, of Rockville, Indiana, passed away Monday, September 8, 2025, in her residence. She was born in Clinton, Indiana on November 26, 1963 to the late Howard Charles Wood and Selena Nedra Cohen Wood. She was a homemaker.

Survivors include her husband, V. John Spray, whom she married August 2, 1998, in Bloomingdale, Indiana. Also surviving, her two daughters Karen Jane Drummond of Rockville and Elizabeth Ann Rushing of Terre Haute; and her siblings Darlene Tuft of Marshall, Mike (Kelly) Wood of West Lafayette, Doug (Amanda) Wood of Hillsdale, Marvin(Judy) Wood of Attica, and Bill (Re) Wood of Lockwood, New York; five grandchildren, Salena, Xander, Quintin, Billie, and Zoey; one great granddaughter, Neveah.; several nieces and nephews.

She attended the Nazarene Church, was the President of the Ladies Auxiliary AMVETS Post 61 and was a lifetime member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Paul Taylor Post 1752. She took pride in her work of leathercrafting, smithing and forging, as well as her collection of Native American artifacts.

The family will host a celebration of life at a later date.
