Debra Bouchez Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Luginbuel Funeral Home on Jan. 10, 2025.
Debra Lucille Bouchez
Age 57, a resident of Fayetteville, Arkansas, passed away Friday, January 3, 2025 at Northwest Medical Center in Bentonville, Arkansas. She was born March 2, 1967 in Tulsa, Oklahoma, the daughter of Edward Lee and Dorothy Mae (Bradley) Clough.
Debra was a devout Baptist Christian and raised her family in the same beliefs. She attended the Brand New Church in Farmington, Arkansas.
Debra grew up amongst the farms and ranches of Arvin, California in her early days and adolescence. A traveler and entrepreneur, home traveled with her as a young adult. In the mountains of Montana riding her horses, near the Great Salt Lakes of Utah, taking in the beauty of the snowy mountains and high plains of Wyoming, and enjoying the open air and nature of Idaho and Oregon, amongst others. In 2015, she fell in love with the plush greenery of Arkansas and felt as though she was truly home.
Debra studied EMT Basic Training at Cerro Coso Community College in Lake Isabella, California. She then went on to achieve her CNA license at Bakersfield College and continued further studying for nursing.
Debra began her pursuit of the medical field in 2008, beginning her studies of EMT Basic Training in Lake Isabella, then going on to further her studies at Bakersfield College where she obtained her CNA license and studied nursing. While pursuing her desired field, she also owned Elite Newfoundlands, a successful business breeding pedigree Newfoundlands that she ran for 8 years.
Debra loved nature. The crisp morning air on hikes when we went camping. Tending to her flowers and rosebushes. Sitting under the gazebo with a hot cup of coffee on a rainy day, just listening to the rain drops falling around her. She always seems to have a project as well. Woodworking and carpentry fascinated her & she loved to build. She was always looking for the next DIY project to delve into. To relax, her favorite place to be was reclining on the coast, collecting seashells and watching the waves crash against the sand.
She was preceded in death by her father Edward Lee Clough, her husband Larry Scheer and one brother Ronnie Clough.
Survivors include her five children Stephen Austin Hale, Shelby Madison Scheer, Ashley Michelle Binam, Cody Allen Keith and Sandi Michelle Scheer; her mother, Dorothy Mae Bradley; one brother Marcus Clough and his wife Jennifer, one sister Teresa Clough; and five grandchildren.
Funeral service will be held 10:00 AM Saturday, January 11th, 2025, at Luginbuel Chapel in Prairie Grove, Arkansas. Burial will be in the Fairview Memorial Gardens in Fayetteville, Arkansas, there will be no graveside service held.
