Debra Lea (Love) Collum was born September 28th, 1954 and entered Heaven's gates October 11th, 2021. Debra was born in Oklahoma City to Lester Glen Love and Jimmie Lou (Kennemer) Love and attended Midwest City High School through 1972. In March of 1971 she and two of her girlfriends started talking to some boys at a gas station and she set eyes on one and he did the same with her. In December 1972 she married Michael Collum and from there they celebrated 48 years of marriage and 50 years of togetherness. Two sons were born out of this marriage, Samuel David and Kelly Abram. Upon the birth of Samuel in 1980, Debra devoted her life to being a wife and mother, which she excelled at being her best. Debra enjoyed everything family, including hosting Christmas and July 4th celebrations, to traveling all over for the little league games, and going on cruises. She is survived by her husband Michael, sons Samuel and partner Nathan, Kelly and husband John, grandsons Ethan, Eli, and Brandon and their mother Michelle Collum. Brothers Timothy, Nathan and wife Amy, sister Marsha Denny, mother-in-law Helen Collum, and many nieces and nephews. She is proceeded in death by her parents. There will be a viewing at Ford Funeral Home on Wednesday October 13th, from 12 pm to 8 pm and a private family graveside service at Sunset Memorial Park on Thursday. A Celebration of Life will be held at Venue 102 in Edmond on Saturday, November 13th, from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
