Apostle David is survived by her loving husband of 45 years, Bobby David; five sisters, Teresa Meadows of Fayetteville, NC, Cynthia McClellon of Childersburg, AL, Patrese Meadows of Pensacola, FL, Kristie Spivey of Alexander City, AL, Rebecca Goggans of Alexander City, AL; three brothers, Alfred (Hazel) Meadows of Milwaukee, WI, Cedric (Janice) Meadows of Alexander City, AL, LeAndo (Kawana) Mitchell of Alexander City, AL; a best friend, Debra Fitten; and a host of nieces and nephews.
