Debra Cox Hall

Debra Cox Hall, age 72, passed away July 26, 2024 at her home following a nine year battle with lung cancer and COPD.
She was born in Oak Ridge, Tennessee, to Russell and Patsy Cox on November 24, 1951. She graduated from Oak Ridge High School, attended Cleveland State College and graduated with a degree in Respiratory Therapy, She worked at several of the area hospitals with the majority of that time at Parkwest Medical Center. During that time, she attended Tusculum College and earned her Bachelor's Degree. Art was a passion for Debra, she loved painting, making pottery and jewelry. Most of all Debra had a fondness for all animals, especially her dogs, Poppy, Halley, Fiona and Miss Wiggles.
She leaves behind her husband, Daryl, of thirty-eight years; cousin, Elaine Denney; sister-in-law, Diane Robards and her husband Jim; brother-in-law Dean Hall and his wife, Lisa; several nieces and nephews.
At her request, she asks that you contribute to your local Animal Shelter instead of sending flowers.
At a later date, her ashes will be spread over the graves of her deceased pets.
