Deb,

I was sad to hear about your passing. You were always so kind and supportive of me when I arrived at Walmart. You made me feel so welcome and I will always remember you for that.

I will miss the many texts we sent back and for the during football season. You cheering for the Packers and me for the Chiefs. RIP

We first met Debbie at the Embassy Suites Hotel in the summer of 2022. Had her and Ron´s Air Conditioning not stopped working. Maria and I would´ve never had the chance to meet these two wonderful people.

I was traveling for business and Debbie and I first struck up a conversation. I was waiting for my girlfriend Maria to arrive for dinner. Ron was upstairs, and soon he joined us downstairs. Ron and I struck up a conversation, and soon thereafter Maria arrived.

We really enjoyed each other´s company, and arranged to have dinner together at Theo´s with them that evening. It was if we had known each other for years. Our friendship continued with Debbie being quick to invite us over for dinners, or to watch a game with her and Ron.

We spent holidays with them when we could, and last saw them for breakfast at Crabbys before traveling to Florida for a wedding. Maria and Debbie texted constantly. Debbie´s last text to Maria was the Monday the week of her passing. She was inquiring about when we would land in Bentonville, so that we could meet again.

It´s still hard for us to wrap our minds around that she´s gone home. We will forever miss her hugs, smiles, hospitality, and how she lit up a room.
We love and miss you Debbie. May you rest till we meet again.
