Debra Dee Lane

Debra Dee Lane, age 61, of Fairview, Missouri, formerly of Aurora, Missouri, passed away at 5:39 a.m. on Wednesday, May 15, 2024, at her home. She was born March 28, 1963, in Hannibal, Missouri, the daughter of John Ray and Freda Fern (Fletcher) Suttles.
Debra was a 1981 graduate of Aurora High School and attended two years at Draughon's Business College in Springfield, Missouri. She was a member of the Marionville Church of the Nazarene and enjoyed bowling and fishing.
Debra is survived by her daughter, Lydia Lane, of California; one son, Matthew Lane of Springfield, Missouri; her father, John Suttles, of Aurora, Missouri; one sister, Diana Sapiens, of Verona, Missouri; one brother, Jeremy Suttles and his wife, Dolly, of Detroit, Michigan; one grandson, Rory Finn Lane McGrew of California; and Debra's fiancé, Sheldon Wolfe of Fairview, Missouri.
Debra was preceded in death by her mother, Freda; and two sisters, Janetta Gregory, and Lanetta Ray.
A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 21, 2024, at Crafton-Cantrell Funeral Home in Aurora with burial to follow at Maple Park Cemetery in Aurora. Visitation will be held from 5:00-7:00 p.m. on Monday, May 20, 2024, in the funeral home chapel.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made payable to the American Cancer Society, in care of the funeral home.
