Obituary published on Legacy.com by Hope Memorial Chapel - Biddeford on Mar. 18, 2026.
Debra Lee Rollins, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and trusted friend, passed away on March 12, 2026, in Lewiston, Maine, surrounded by the love of her family. She was born on January 23, 1963, in Boston, Massachusetts.

Debra's vibrant spirit and warmth touched everyone she met, creating lasting bonds that will be cherished forever.

Debra dedicated her life to her family, embracing her roles as a full-time mother, wife, and Nana with unwavering love and devotion. Her creativity shone through in her work as a freelance artist, where she expressed her passions through canvas, and beautiful crafts and decorations.

A true homemaker at heart, Debra found joy in creating a warm and welcoming environment for her loved ones, and her home was often filled with the delightful aroma of her homemade remedies and tinctures.

She had a unique talent for turning ordinary moments into extraordinary memories, whether it was through a movie night, game night filled with laughter, or a quiet afternoon spent crafting.

Her legacy is one of love, creativity, and resilience. Debra's passion for life was evident in everything she did, from her thoughtful gestures to her infectious laughter. As a devoted "Doxy Mom," she loved her fur babies.

She provided unwavering support to her family, always encouraging them to chase their dreams and embrace their individuality.

Her grandchildren, Dylan, Lilly, and Elise, were the light of her life, and she treasured every moment spent with them, imparting her wisdom and love in ways that will resonate through generations.

Debra is survived by her loving husband, Orison (OJ) Rollins, her cherished children, Heather and her husband Eric Tozier of Hollis, ME, and Joseph Rollins, with his partner Nicole McKenzie of Lewiston, ME. She also leaves behind her brother, Stephen Rideout of Hampton, NH, a special sister-in-law, Anita Rollins of Nashua, NH, and many cousins and aunts. Preceding her in death were her mother, Elaine Rideout, and her sister, Denise (Rideout) Dobens, who both hold a special place in her heart.

Memorial service details will be shared later. The family invites everyone to remember Debra through acts of kindness and love, reflecting the beautiful spirit she embodied. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to a charity that supports families in need, or perhaps the humane society, honoring Debra's generous heart and her commitment to uplifting others.

She will be deeply missed, but her legacy of love will continue to inspire all who knew her, as she had so many friends, who loved and respected her.
